Summer Fun Can Lead to A Tragic DUI

Summer is the season for enjoying time with friends, laying back and occasionally drinking a little bit too much. He faces charges, including DUI, aggravated assault and driving on a suspended license. He was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt. His three teenage passengers were hospitalized with serious injuries and their conditions were not further reported.
